Account & data deletion

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. There are two ways to delete your account.

1. Delete your account from the app

• Sign in to your ressource.social account
• Open Settings → Data & account
• Click "Delete my account"
• Confirm the action

Your account and all associated personal data (bookmarks, folders, tags, comments, reactions) are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some records (e.g. payment receipts for contributions) may be retained longer as required by French law.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email us at hello@ressource.social with the subject "Account deletion request" from the address linked to your account. We will confirm and process the request within 5 business days.
