will my sources be deleted if I'm over the free plan?

no, never: nothing is deleted. sources, folders, tags and archives belong to you and can be exported from settings.

who pays for a team community?

the organization that owns it. members join free with their regular account and keep their personal library.

what happens to my account when the beta ends?

nothing changes for you: your beta limits stay yours.
